Agile Master (m/f/d) in Retail Banking

  • Frankfurt am Main

Job description

We are looking for you as an Agile Master (m/f/d) to support and further develop our teams within the agile delivery organisation of our private customer business. You will take on functions from the classic Scrum Master role and further activities to advance your agile implementation unit (domain) in close coordination with domain management.

Your tasks include

  • Taking on classic Scrum Master tasks for one or more teams (e.g., removing impediments, facilitating events, coaching on the implementation of the agile mindset and in the execution of agile roles)
  • Risk management, dependency management, problem and conflict management, with escalation as needed, in close collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
  • Promoting goal-oriented communication within the team and with various stakeholders.
  • Establishing and effectively using agile team metrics, as well as ensuring your team's delivery and predictability.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented coordination between teams within and across domains.
  • Establishment and further development of agile routines in the context of the domain
  • Where appropriate, taking on co-ordinating responsibility for larger cross-cutting topics and initiatives, including their planning, management and communication with various stakeholders.

What you bring with you

  • Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on economics or IT
  • Many years of experience preferred as a Scrum Master – or in similar (agile) roles in an IT environment, such as Agile Coach
  • In-depth practical expertise in Jira for managing agile units
  • A strong feel for people and team dynamics, coupled with confident demeanour
  • Proactivity, persuasiveness and assertiveness
  • A self-reliant and structured way of working, characterised by partnership, appreciation, and team spirit

Varied educational backgrounds and work experiences are also welcome here. We are open to anyone whose CV, at first glance, might not seem to perfectly match the requirements in our job advertisement. We offer the right framework to fully develop individual potential.
