What you can expect from us

Application responsibility & interface management: You will be responsible for the IT support of the GEOS application and the connected peripheral systems, including all relevant interfaces.
Operation & further development: You will independently manage topics from ongoing operations and further development, coordinate stakeholders and actively shape the further development of the application landscape.
Implementation of requirements & management of external partners: You are responsible for the technical implementation of functional requirements, support the implementation by manufacturers and service providers, manage tests and go-live in compliance with regulatory documentation requirements.
Departmental support & counselling: As the first technical contact person, you advise the specialist departments, design technical processes, process controls and define system requirements.
Incident & problem management: You will be responsible for incident and problem management, carry out regular reviews and updates of the operating platforms and ensure sustainable troubleshooting.
Documentation & IT compliance: You will create and maintain technical and regulatory IT documentation in German and take on tasks to ensure IT compliance.

What you bring with you

You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in IT application management, ideally in the financial or securities sector.
You have knowledge in the support of IT systems for securities processing as well as experience with development and release processes and tools such as JFrog Artifactory, GitLab or Jenkins.
You have practical experience with Windows Server, UNIX/Linux and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server).
You have a good command of written and spoken German in order to create technical and regulatory documentation and communicate complex issues clearly with specialist departments, service providers and internal stakeholders.
