In our IT department - one of our largest departments - you will play an active role in shaping the digital future of the property industry. In our innovative environment, equipped with our own data centres and state-of-the-art SAP systems that process more than a million pieces of data every day, you can fully develop your digital pioneering role.

Your tasks include

Achieve great things - your tasks as Assistant Head of IT (m/f/d)

SparringAs an assistant, you will work closely with the divisional and departmental management and provide support with all administrative and organisational tasks.
Content-related work for the division managementYou will be responsible for preparing the basis for management decisions, supporting budget planning and carrying out controlling tasks with partial responsibility.
Project managementYou will be responsible for subtasks from project management through to the independent management of projects.
Independent process and interface responsibilityYou initiate and monitor the ordering process including invoice verification for budget and contract compliance, provide support in IT ordering and coordinate external service providers as part of contract management.
Structured support in day-to-day businessYou organise and prepare appointments and meetings before and after.

What you bring with you

Expertise

You have completed commercial training, a degree or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in assisting at divisional management level and supporting larger teams characterise you.
You don't need in-depth IT knowledge, but it would be great if you already have experience with IT topics and have worked in an agile IT environment.

Expertise

You have already gained some project management experience and are keen to build on this.
With your strong communication skills and pronounced service mentality, you always deal with a wide variety of characters with confidence.
