Job description

We are looking for a versatile personality who can help shape the operational processes and financial management of our start-up with energy, intellect and creativity. As COO/CFO, you will be responsible for the company organisation and financial strategy - making you a key success factor for the company.

Your tasks include

  • You further develop operational structures and ensure efficient processes
  • You are responsible for finance and accounting (incl. controlling, budgeting, reporting)
  • You take responsibility for the implementation and follow-up of measures that drive the company's development (e.g. further development of the business plan, corporate financing, development of the company organisation)
  • You coordinate internal teams (initially AI agents), build and expand the team
  • You develop KPIs and monitor the realisation of company goals
  • You are responsible for all operational and financial issues within the management team
  • You design your areas of responsibility in the areas of finance and company organisation independently and in a structured manner
  • You will play a strategic role in shaping the company
  • You analyse existing processes and develop them further
  • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders

What you bring with you

  • First experience in building companies / start-ups
  • Affinity for topics related to finance and corporate finance
  • A strong hands-on mentality and a high degree of pragmatism
  • Structured way of working and enjoy taking responsibility.
  • Enjoy teamwork at eye level and communicative skills
  • A passion for music, artificial intelligence and technology
