Your tasks include

You will raise security incidents recognised by the SOC with customers and explain them clearly
Your work will focus on supporting the rapid and effective handling of cyber attacks
As the central interface between the security analysts in the SOC and the customers, you ensure smooth collaboration
You will provide customers with comprehensive advice on the long-term protection of their IT infrastructure
You support the customers assigned to you as a technical contact person and assist them with all questions regarding our security services
With the help of our SOC analytics tools, you analyse log data to identify vulnerabilities at an early stage
An active contribution to the improvement of our security service is also part of your tasks
Gateways for attackers in your customers' IT landscape are identified and permanently closed

What you bring with you

At least three years of professional experience in IT security or five years of experience in IT operations of servers, clients or networks
An academic degree or relevant certifications in the field of information security are available
You are able to explain complex technical relationships in an understandable way
You enjoy working in a team and interacting directly with customers
You can communicate confidently in both German and English
Dealing with new developments in the field of cyber security on a daily basis motivates you
You have extensive expertise in the defence-in-depth strategy of IT security
You have fluent German and good English skills
- Specialisation in one of the following areas:Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus, content filtering and proxies
- Sound knowledge of networking, Windows Active Directory, LDAP, server administration and cloud infrastructure
- You are familiar with the security of Windows and Linux/Unix systems
- Knowledge of SIEMs, EDR and scripting languages
