Your tasks include

  • You are responsible for drawing up sales, personnel and cost plans and work in close cooperation with the specialist departments
  • You monitor sales and budget developments during the year and conduct quarterly business reviews
  • You provide plan and deviation analyses and develop countermeasures
  • You are responsible for the further development of various management reports as a basis for business decisions and communicate with the department heads
  • You support the realisation of other operational functions in controlling (e.g. product and personnel controlling)
  • You manage special projects and are the contact person for ad hoc enquiries

What you bring with you

  • Degree in business administration/economics with a specialisation in finance or similar
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Sound knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Initial experience with business intelligence systems an advantage
  • Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
  • High level of initiative and enjoyment of collaborative and cross-departmental work
  • Native speaker level in German (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
