  • As part of a DevSec Ops team, you are responsible for the complete life cycle of an application. In general: You build it, you run it!
  • Our application development is not only in COBOL, but also with web services or Java, depending on the Agile Release Train.
  • With a high level of comprehension, you analyze complex systems and develop them further with fresh ideas.
  • We live and breathe communication! In your position, you will be in close contact with various experts in the company and work together to develop solutions.



  • Successful studies or training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject including professional experience
  • Good understanding of classic mainframe technologies (COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, z/OS etc.)
  • Or ideally familiar with an object-oriented programming language
  • Also advantageous: first points of contact with agile software development and working in DevOps teams


  • Whether green on black or Eclipse, we have the right tool for everyone. From classic mainframes such as COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL or ISPF to modern tools such as IDz, Git or CI/CD pipelines
  • You don't know much about these terms yet, but you already have some experience in software development? No problem, we will be happy to develop you there. You can also join us as a junior.


  • Your DNA: Strong communicator, team player, flexibility in dealing with older technologies and enthusiasm for new technologies, quick perception and logical understanding.

Home office: Flexible working hours in the home office and office - work with your team to find the right model for you.
Working hours: Standard 38-hour week, time recording system, flexitime & lifetime working time account
Vacation: 30 days vacation & additional days off (24.12. and 31.12.)
Remuneration: 14 monthly salaries (incl. Christmas & vacation bonuses) or participation in the variable remuneration system, special payments, employee tariffs & discount campaigns.
