Our interdisciplinary product teams in the Customer Technology division are responsible for all digital touchpoints through which we come into contact with our customers on a daily basis.

We are looking for you as a Full Stack Developer for several cross-functional teams.

Whether it's the dm online store, "My dm app", checkout software or another context: you support your team in the quality-oriented development of new microservices and / or the conversion of grown software into modern structures in order to offer our customers an excellent shopping experience.

  • Agile development of mobile-enabled web applications and smartphone apps and / or high-performance backend solutions, from conception to development and ongoing operation
  • Ensuring code and system quality, e.g. through code reviews, pair programming, complexity reduction and automated tests
  • Guarantee of performance, availability, security, maintainability and scalability
  • Helping to shape the roadmap in line with our business objectives


  • Openness, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for improving the shopping experience of our customers together with your team
  • Experience in the development of web applications
  • Very good knowledge of Java or Kotlin and corresponding frameworks (ideally Spring Boot)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and corresponding frameworks (ideally React) or initial experience in the development of mobile apps
  • Initial experience with cloud-hosted microservices and ideally initial experience with domain-driven design
  • Agile mindset and DevOps mentality
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2)
