The HCM / HR Systems & Projects department is responsible for the further development of the SAP HR payroll system and for the development, optimisation and standardisation of all payroll processes at Westnetz GmbH, including those relating to personnel administration, payroll accounting and time management, organisational management and employee and manager self-services.

The HCM / HR Systems & Projects department is responsible for the further development of the SAP HR payroll system and for the development, optimisation and standardisation of all payroll processes at Westnetz GmbH, including those relating to personnel administration, payroll accounting and time management, organisational management and employee and manager self-services.

What you can expect from us

  • Responsible for supporting and advising users on technical and functional issues relating to SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll processes
  • Function as an interface between HR management, internal IT and external service providers
  • Recording and evaluation of requirements from the HR department and their implementation
  • Taking on exciting (sub-) projects for process optimisation and standardisation including reporting
  • Conception and responsibility for technical implementation in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
  • Development and further development of interfaces to peripheral systems in close coordination with neighbouring areas
    Management of payroll processes in compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Creation of reports and analyses for monthly payroll accounting including error analysis and implementation of tests

Your tasks include

What you bring with you

  • You are a graduate (m/f/d) in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field of study
    You are characterised by a high level of persuasiveness and good communication skills as well as an analytical and process-oriented way of thinking
  • You have a great affinity for HR and/or IT topics and also enjoy questioning and optimising existing processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to familiarise yourself with new and complex topics are of great importance for this position
  • Very confident handling of MS Office products, ideally initial knowledge of VBA programming
  • You are resilient and remain motivated even in the face of difficulties and setbacks
