Lebenshilfe HPZ offers outpatient counselling, care and therapy services as well as special forms of housing for people with disabilities and people with autism. In our residential and support centres for children, young people and adults, we currently care for around 500 people at 18 locations with around 300 employees.

Your future area of responsibility

  • Management of an on-premises IT structure with VMware-virtualised servers, 120 clients and 300 users on 10 VPN sites
  • Installation and configuration of local IT systems and hardware
  • Setup and administration of virtualised environments (VM hosts, NAS, Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN))
  • Creating IT system concepts (hardware and software, networks, virtualised environments, databases, use of operating systems)
  • Advice and support for users with IT problems (1st level)
  • Procurement of necessary IT components
  • Analysing system software and network faults, including troubleshooting
  • Setting up, documenting and implementing IT security guidelines in accordance with the GDPR and ITIL
  • Cooperation with external data protection officers and IT service providers
  • Setting up and optimising an Active Directory
  • Setting up and operating a mail server

Your profile as IT Administrator (m/f/d)

  • Completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration, IT systems clerk) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in IT administration and system support
  • Knowledge of IT security and data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Structured and solution-orientated way of working
