Your tasks include

Holistic consulting, design and implementation of workplace solutions on-premise, hybrid and in the cloud (focus on Microsoft and Microsoft 365)
Supporting our customers in the further development of their workplace solutions
Independent realisation of projects and workshops according to customer requirements
Constructive and comprehensive cooperation with colleagues from the Managed Services, Consulting and Sales departments in the pre- and post-sales phase
Active further development of the portfolio

What you bring with you

Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree in business informatics or a comparable degree programme
Specialised professional experience (at least 10 years) with a focus on workplace solutions (preferably Microsoft and Microsoft 365)
Enthusiasm, flexibility, quality awareness and a quick grasp of things characterise you personally
You work in a structured manner and have good presentation skills
Interest in continuous further training and expanding your own knowledge in the workplace area
