You will use your experience in IT administration to set up and further develop centralised IT monitoring solutions in challenging projects for large corporations. Working in a team, you will integrate manufacturer solutions into complex IT landscapes and customise them to meet individual customer requirements. You will then ensure reliable and efficient operation.
As a reliable contact person, you will support our customers with questions, optimisation requests and new challenges. In addition, you will continuously deepen your knowledge of IT infrastructure and monitoring management and acquire certifications - especially for IBM technologies.
After completing your bachelor's degree, you have worked as an IT administrator for several years and have experience in monitoring and operating IT environments - on-premises, in the cloud or hybrid. You enjoy tackling technical challenges and developing suitable solutions. You are familiar with Linux, Windows, scripting languages and terms such as REST or IP. You are no stranger to Kubernetes / OpenShift. Optionally, you have experience with monitoring tools or IBM's Netcool suite. Strong communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English round off your profile.
