Your tasks include

  • Responsibility and administration for the operational IT security of the entire IT operation
  • Support for all in-house IT security, network, infrastructure and monitoring systems
  • Recognising security risks and planning and implementing necessary countermeasures (on-premises and cloud)
  • Analysing and tracking the results of security tests
    Creation, implementation and documentation of emergency concepts,
  • Emergency tests and security guidelines as well as participation in security analyses and penetration tests

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed studies or technical training in the IT environment
  • Relevant professional experience as a system administrator with own IT security projects
  • Very good knowledge of client-server architectures, network structures and Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with enterprise firewalling, network security, log management/SIEM, endpoint security, IT security monitoring, vulnerability management, penetration testing and system hardening
    Points of contact with common cloud applications (Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Solution- and goal-orientated way of working, high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
  • Critical thinking, strong communication skills and empathetic demeanour
