Your tasks include

  • Localisation and rectification of complex faults in the areas of hardware, software, networks and communication systems, as part of the 2nd - 3rd level team
  • Participation in the creation and implementation of IT solutions in the client area based on current and new technologies (Azure AD/Intune/SCCM)
  • Support and realisation of OS deployment (scripting, imaging)
  • Creation of solution descriptions and technical documentation
  • Processing of incidents, requests

What you bring with you

  • Training as an IT specialist, IT clerk or similar training successfully completed with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • First experience with System Center Configuration Manager / Intune, as well as good scripting skills in Windows PowerShell and Batch
  • Initial experience with Azure AD and Office 365
  • Strong communication skills and competent demeanour
  • Understanding of the technical structure of IT landscapes and IT infrastructure (DNS, DHCP etc....) as well as the IT process landscape (ITIL)
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Experience in the independent planning and execution of customer service tasks and in dealing with partner companies
  • Experience in the planning and implementation of IT projects
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11) and the MS infrastructure (Active Directory / Group Policy) and application family
