You will process complex support requests and provide assistance with the implementation and configuration of security solutions.
You coordinate external service providers and partners such as Splunk, Trend Micro and others.
You will also be responsible for analysing and solving technical problems in the area of security software.
You document the enquiries and solutions in our ticket system.
You organise training courses and workshops for First Level Support and our customers.
Your skills? More than interesting:
You have completed vocational training in (information) technology, alternatively a degree in (information) technology.
You have several years of experience in the field of security software and network security.
You have experience with the technologies XDR, NDR, EDR, as well as with logging and SIEM technologies.
You are familiar with IAM/PAM/Secrets solutions such as Cyberark and Keycloak.
You have experience in monitoring, remote dial-in/password management and the ITSM tool.
You have a good command of German and English and demonstrate a strong service and customer orientation.
