Your tasks:

You work at the interface between business and software development
You define changes to our banking applications that are used by employees and customers in close coordination with specialist representatives and other stakeholders
You will complete an 18-month programme with personal mentoring and intensive individual support
You will get to know our bank better by working with us to determine an area of banking expertise that matches your experience or interests and plan your rotations in different teams (depending on your strengths and interests, there is something suitable for everyone)
As part of our agile organisation, you will gain knowledge of products, processes and relationships with our internal customers
You contribute your ideas to solving complex challenges, translate business requirements into technical solutions (workflows, use cases, etc.) and create requirement specifications
You learn the skills you need in workshops, seminars & e-learning sessions
You will take part in our Welcome Weeks, various junior events and our Buddy & Mentoring Programme, which will enable you to build up your own valuable network
You also have the opportunity to work at one of our DTC locations abroad, e.g. Poland, the Czech Republic or Bulgaria
As an IT Business Analyst/Expert, you will become part of our "Trainee Team 2025", quickly take on responsibility and help shape the banking of the future

What you bring with you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, business administration, business mathematics, finance or a comparable degree with a banking and/or IT background (your degree should not be more than 18 months old)
Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and English (business fluent)
Basic understanding of the needs of digital banking or banking expertise
Strong communication and presentation skills and a talent for communicating technical issues in an understandable way
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Experience in data modelling, data and process analysis, software development or in the product lifecycle is desirable
Internships in the banking and/or IT technology environment are an advantage
Initial programming skills, e.g. with Python or SQL, are welcome
High affinity for new technologies, digital trends and terms such as cloud, AI or ITIL are not foreign to you
High level of commitment and team spirit
