You will complete an individual 18-month programme with personal mentoring and individual support in the Main metropolis of Frankfurt

As an IT expert, you will enrich our "IT trainee team 2025", expand your tech stack and actively help shape the banking of the future

What you can expect from us

you choose your own four to five deployment phases in our various IT areas, supplemented by targeted training courses
As part of our agile cluster organisation, you will gain insights into different technologies and can actively drive exciting topics forward

Your tasks include

you contribute your ideas to solving complex challenges in agile software development (Scrum/Kanban), motivate your team to try new things together and develop innovative solutions
new IT skills, knowledge of our products, processes and methods are taught to you in workshops, seminars & e-learning sessions
Our Welcome Weeks, various junior events and our Buddy & Mentor programmes enable you to build up your own valuable network
you have the opportunity to complete an assignment in one of our locations abroad, e.g. Kuala Lumpur, Lodz, New York, Prague, Singapore, Sofia

What you bring with you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, business mathematics, physics or a comparable degree with an IT background (your degree should not be more than 18 months old)
Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and English (at least B2)
Experience in software development and the software lifecycle
Basic understanding of IT systems & their interrelationships
Good knowledge of at least two programming or scripting languages, e.g. Java, JavaScript, React, Kotlin, C#, Python, SQL
Programming experience from e.g. internships and/or working student activities is desirable
You are familiar with terms such as Jira, Git, CI/CD, API, Cloud, AI & LLM
Innovative spirit with the ability to quickly grasp problems and develop creative solutions
Passion for current technologies
High level of commitment and team spirit
Desire and pleasure in helping to shape our digital technology company
