DICOS is an independent software and consulting company based in Darmstadt. For more than 25 years, we have been developing high-performance IT solutions for well-known customers - focussing on automation, software development as well as API and infrastructure management. Together with your team, you will implement and operate management and monitoring solutions for well-known large companies, supporting them in the reliable operation of their IT systems. You will integrate new software into existing environments, oversee further development, and analyse and resolve disruptions. You will be in direct communication with our customers, work closely with your team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the systems. During your onboarding, we will provide you with intensive support, so that you can gradually take responsibility for your own areas of expertise and develop professionally and personally.
You have completed a degree in IT or a vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist, or possess comparable qualifications, and have basic knowledge of Linux and Windows. You are interested in IT and network technologies, enjoy working in a structured manner, and are keen to familiarise yourself with new products and technical environments. Initial experience with databases, APIs or scripting languages would be an advantage. Very good German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently within the team and with our customers. More important to us than specific prior knowledge are your structured working method, willingness to learn, and sense of responsibility.
