Your tasks include

  • Targeted and systematic recruitment of specialists and managers
  • Individual and proactive approach of candidates in various specialisations
  • Defining and creating target group-specific job profiles in close coordination with the respective departments
  • Carrying out the initial contact via telephone, personal and video interviews
  • Handling the entire applicant management and onboarding process

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration, human resources, psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Sound professional experience in the field of recruiting, ideally in the IT environment
  • Knowledge of specialised standards, rules and legislation
  • Enjoy working in a team and flexibility
  • Solution-orientated action and a structured and reliable way of working
  • High degree of flexibility, analytical thinking as well as initiative, empathy and the ability to work in a team
  • Confident in using the MS Office package, knowledge of Personio an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and good knowledge of English, another language is also welcome
