What you can expect from us

Your most important tasks

Maintenance and operation of critical infrastructures

  • Ensure the maintenance of the installations entrusted to you by setting up the necessary organisation (work planning, CMMS, internal tools, etc.). Intervene in the event of technical difficulties, make the necessary adjustments in all areas (electricity, air conditioning and air conditioning systems, water cooling, buildings, etc.).
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of infrastructure problems. Monitoring and analysing infrastructure-related alerts to detect and prevent faults. Analysing the causes of problems that occur.
  • Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance work orders and ensure they are completed on time as part of the external services and local infrastructure team.
  • Providing expert knowledge and advice to solve technical or organisational problems (electricity, water cooling, buildings, etc.) and ensuring appropriate measures are taken.
  • Accompany service providers.
  • Application of quality, health and environmental regulations.
  • Participation in the definition of requirements for OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
  • Procurement of tools/equipment orders, collective and individual safety equipment and other material for maintenance work, taking into account cost efficiency and inventory management.
  • Promoting smooth collaboration on site and with the international teams and a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Participation in decisions on demand.
  • Ensuring the validity of documentation and processes relating to the equipment operated in the data centre.
  • Participation in DC visits.

Team management

  • Leading and coordinating the team, training new employees and supporting the development of team members' skills.
  • Ensuring individual and collective performance management functions, creating a roadmap and defining the corresponding targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments and managers to communicate goals and results and provide feedback.
  • Together as a team: planning, monitoring and control of infrastructure projects in areas such as electricity, hydraulic cooling, air conditioning, buildings.
  • Motivating and supporting the team, promoting the exchange of knowledge and recognising and developing talent.
  • Proactivity in the optimisation of processes to improve work organisation.
  • Enforcement of safety instructions for the team and planning of required trainings
  • Ensure the team's compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.

Your tasks include

Your future impact
In 6 months

  • You are proficient in the internal organisation of the industrial maintenance team.
  • You demonstrate sufficient autonomy to take on priority growth and maintenance tasks for existing installations.

And in a year's time

  • You have a good understanding of the critical infrastructure and challenges at the site to be recognised as a technical reference for the data centre.

What you bring with you

Required competences

  • University/university education in building services engineering or industrial maintenance and local electrical qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in industrial maintenance or data centre environment.
  • Electrical knowledge and skills (job requires electrical clearance).
  • Skills in air conditioning, buildings, water cooling.
  • Management, leadership and accountability obligations.
  • Ability to respond quickly to priorities and good stress management skills.
