Job description

You will experience this with us:

  • Management of identities and their roles & authorizations in SAP and workplace services
  • Operation and further development of tools for Identity & Access Management
  • Ensure that all safety-relevant regulations, in particular environmental protection and occupational safety, are complied with
  • Supporting other IT departments in the implementation of projects and the operation of IT services
  • Development of proposals and measures to improve work processes and IT services
  • Coordination of the employees of the Identity & Access team
  • Managing risks and problems
  • Monitoring operating and project budgets, including initiating and monitoring procurements
  • Management of service providers in the specialist area to be coordinated
  • Training of trainees, apprentices and interns
  • Overall coordination of the resources of the Identity & Access team in the project portfolio
  • Project management and coordination of requirements as part of the IT requirements management process
  • Operational and on-call planning for the Identity & Access team
  • Assuming the role of "IT Service Owner" for selected IT services

You have that certain something when you:

  • Completed job-specific studies (e.g. Dipl.-Informatiker/in or Dipl-Wirtschaftsingenieur/in) or comparable completed vocational training with additional technical qualification
  • many years of experience in the field
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT services and products used in the company as well as the system landscape
  • In-depth knowledge of current IT solutions, architectures and best practices on the market in your own specialist area
  • High level of consulting competence, didactic skills and pronounced customer-oriented behavior
  • Practical experience in the use of project management procedures, moderation and presentation techniques
  • Knowledge of data protection law and relevant IT security requirements and security concepts
  • Written and spoken English language skills
  • Written and spoken German language skills
  • Willingness to undergo continuous further training on your own responsibility
  • Discretion
  • Class B driver's license
  • On-call duty, if applicable
  • High social competence and ability to work in a team
