Your tasks include

Technical troubleshooting: You are a problem solver and support our customers with technical difficulties and challenges. You analyse and solve problems efficiently with a primary focus on customer satisfaction
Compatibility tests: Through extensive compatibility tests, you ensure the smooth interoperability of our products with the various systems and applications of our customers
Customer counselling: With your expertise, you will provide our customers with professional and reliable advice on the wide range of possible applications and technical specifications of our products
Product selection and launch: You ensure that our portfolio grows in line with current market requirements

What you bring with you

Whether you are a Completed studies or a Training in technical area or as a Career changers with the relevant expertise you are very welcome to join us
You are an expert in optical network technology and have a passion for Glass fibre and Transceiver? That's great!
You have mastered the art of Communication and can explain technical details clearly
Even in stressful times, you keep an overview and keep a cool head
You are able to focus on both German (B2) as well as on English (B2) to express excellently
