✈ Specialist management of a subject area within the iCAS system
✈ Designing, introducing and optimising new products and ensuring product availability over the entire life cycle
✈ Support with tests and simulations
✈ Analysing and documenting product and adaptation data and designing analyses and analysis tools
✈ Investigating and evaluating error messages and change requests
✈ Developing concepts and comprehensive alternative solutions for complex problem areas
✈ Advising other specialist areas
✈ Completed diploma/master's degree in a technical or scientific field with several years of professional experience
✈ In-depth expertise and experience in the field of modern information and communication technology
✈ Comprehensive knowledge of business administration and quality and configuration management
✈ Sound experience in project management
✈ Comprehensive knowledge and experience with planning techniques, MS Office and SAP user knowledge
