What you can expect from us

Join our 9-person team full-time in the Management Services department in Regulations & Licensing.

Give your future the right altitude. With plenty of room for manoeuvre in a company that wants to set standards as an air navigation service provider: personally, technically, sustainably.

Your tasks include

✈ Analysis of processes and structures and identification of potential for optimisation

✈ Solution and further development of strategic tasks and processes of the organisation

✈ Creation and development of complex concepts, methods and tools as well as the needs-based implementation of measures for process improvement

✈ Consultancy and moderation of change processes

✈ Coordination of the process to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements for air traffic control technology 

✈ Checking documents against national and European standards and relevant internal DFS verification documents

What you bring with you

✈ Completed diploma / master's degree in a technical, economic or humanities subject, e.g. industrial engineering or economics with several years of professional experience

✈ In-depth knowledge of organisational development and the analysis, description and modelling of processes

✈ User knowledge of MS Office and databases (e.g. SAP)

✈ Experience in the management of projects

✈ Business fluent in English
