Your tasks include

  • You will be actively involved in projects for the introduction of new applications or new technologies and assume responsibility as a project or sub-project manager (m/f/d).
  • You will also play a key role in the creation of strategic concepts, procedures and work instructions for applications and data centre infrastructures.
  • They control and monitor activities with regard to meeting deadlines, quantity and quality as well as the required documentation.
  • You will develop optimisation measures for existing processes and support the departments with data centre-specific requirements.
  • You will carry out tasks in the field of site reliability engineering.
  • This includes planning and developing concepts to increase the level of automation and further optimise operations.
  • You will also be responsible for overarching planning and monitoring the implementation of high-availability data centre infrastructures.

What you bring with you

  • You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Alternatively, you can also demonstrate training in the field of IT and several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of IT security topics and data centre-specific topics (data centre architecture, data centre technologies, cloud technologies and cloud infrastructures).
  • You have already worked as a consultant in the IT environment for several years or have extensive project experience, e.g. as a (part) project manager (m/f/d).
    You have good knowledge of BSI basic protection, certification in ITIL would be desirable.
  • You want to contribute to our team, develop solutions independently and like to think outside the box.
  • You love the challenge of quickly familiarising yourself with new tasks and are characterised by a careful and structured way of working.
  • You enjoy communicating and can adapt to customer needs.
