What you can expect from us

During the Jump Start programme, you will complete training in the SAP SuccessFactors solution and we will prepare you for everyday project work with additional internal training.

After successfully completing the programme, you will actively shape the HR IT processes of internationally successful companies by implementing one of the SAP-based HR management systems.

You provide our customers with expert advice, understand their business requirements and help them to identify their needs and implement them in the system.
You will conduct well-prepared customer workshops to gather technical requirements.

You will also configure and test system requirements and carry out general project tasks such as status reporting and milestone planning

What you bring with you

Completed studies, e.g. in business administration or business informatics with a focus on HR

Strong IT affinity (MS Excel and PowerPoint, HR systems, databases, cloud technology); understanding of HR processes

Business fluent in German and English

You are a strong communicator with an analytical mindset and good presentation skills.
