Your tasks include

  • You coach agile roles (junior agile coaches, product owners, DEV teams) as well as the management team in terms of organisational development and agile transformation to improve customer focus, product quality or delivery performance
  • You build an agile coaching community to exchange, test and adapt our agile methods and practices
  • You create a "roadmap" for our agile transformation and track the overall progress of the process
  • You promote agile development and management practices within and outside our development and product organisation
  • You promote agile software development practices throughout the organisation
  • You lead events such as PI planning and post-mortem analyses
  • You are responsible for improving our tools (Atlassian Cloud, CI/CD tools incl. Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.) in terms of utilisation
  • You support strategic decisions with the help of a KPI matrix

What you bring with you

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in agile coaching
  • Leadership experience in agile transformations in a complex technology organisation with proven track record of success an advantage
  • Experience in building an agile coaching community as well as mentoring and coaching expertise at management and team level
  • Technical understanding of modern software development practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD and cloud technologies
  • Sound knowledge of LEAN, Kanban, Scrum, pair/mob programming or design thinking
  • Certifications in SAFe and ADKAR change management are a plus
  • Very good communication skills in German and English (written and oral)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as situational awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Passion for implementing sustainable change in a complex environment
