Your tasks include

  • Support and consulting for new and existing customers in the Microsoft 365 / Azure / Teams environment
  • Development of concepts and participation in tenders and offers
  • Development of new solutions and products for customers 
    Administration and configuration in customer environments, including troubleshooting and 3rd level support
  • Cooperation with suppliers and service providers 
    Preparation, technical support and realisation of customer workshops, presentations, live demos and user trainings
  • Acceptance and qualification of technical customer requirements 

What you bring with you

  • Degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist in system integration
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of Microsoft Cloud solutions (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment as well as initial knowledge of telephony, VoIP and SIP (Innovaphone, Avaya)
  • Knowledge of contact centres and unified communications is an advantage
  • Open-minded and friendly, with a high degree of empathy and a good feel for customer requirements
  • Convincing communication skills and confident demeanour 
    Structured and independent way of working
  • Good grasp of complex, technical issues 
    Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel from < 20%
