As a Senior SAP Technology Consultant & Developer (m/f/d), you will make an important contribution to our company's joint success. You will also advise our customers and develop SAP solution architectures (SAP HCM/HXM and SAP S/4 HANA) in heterogeneous system landscapes. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the technically successful conception, consulting and implementation of demanding projects and will be the contact person for project management, the project team and the customer for demanding and highly sensitive issues in the technological environment.

Job description

Your tasks include

Customer consulting and SAP solution architecture design with a focus on SAP HCM/HXM and/or SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP and their frameworks and tools, as well as overall in-depth knowledge of SAP software development and integration
Responsibility in the technical conception and realisation of SAP-based solutions in compliance with relevant methods and technical strategies, regulations, standards, security aspects and best practices
Development and implementation of best practices
Participation in the generation and safeguarding of new business and in the further development of the portfolio in connection with the use of new technologies, SAP solutions in heterogeneous system landscapes
Participation in bid teams for the preparation and quality assurance of offers
Contribution to the further development of our junior colleagues in the context of SAP architecture/technologies in our projects

What you bring with you

At least 5 years of experience as SAP customer consultant and SAP developer (preferably SAP HCM/HXM, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP FIORI/UI5, ABAP (OO))
Proven experience in the industry environment (especially public, automotive, health, manufacturing SMEs) in the German-speaking market (D-A-CH)
Certification in relevant SAP topics and architecture methods
Language skills: German (business fluent, min. C1) and English (C1)
Sound experience in digitalisation topics and current technology trends
Stable technology knowledge of software development, cloud solutions and web technologies (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js & Node.js) is welcome
