Ensure smooth IT application support in our development bank!

With your IT expertise, you will ensure the smooth and secure operation and overall functionality of the relevant applications from an IT perspective. You react as quickly as possible to malfunctions in the systems being supported and provide solutions for the users. At the same time, you keep an eye on optimisations and changing system requirements and contribute to the further development of the systems.
You will independently and holistically manage SAP modules (e.g. in the area of accounting or banking). You will play an active role in shaping the cooperation with the department responsible and external service providers.

 

You can look forward to these main tasks:

  • You will be responsible for 2nd level support (incl. troubleshooting) including interfaces to peripheral systems in close cooperation with IT operations and the specialist department.
  • You are responsible for commissioning and managing external service providers as part of maintenance and further development (3rd level support).
  • Together with the specialist department, you evaluate requirements for changing the applications as part of organised change processes.
  • You will be involved in projects for introduction or further development and take on sub-project management tasks.
  • Your tasks will also include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for your applications.

 

You convince us with the following skills:

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or a related field or
  • Completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
  • Ideally experience in the support of applications
  • High degree of independence, strong analytical skills and solution-orientation
  • Strong customer-orientated communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills
