Your tasks include

Implementation and integration: You implement and configure the SOAR platform XSOAR for our customers and integrate various security solutions (e.g. SIEM, EDR, firewalls) into the XSOAR platform.
IT security playbooks: The development and optimisation of playbooks for the automation of security processes are also part of your tasks.
Automation: You will work with our customers and our internal teams to develop customised automation solutions.
Continuous improvement process: Last but not least, you will support the continuous improvement of the XSOAR platform and its applications.

What you bring with you

Your background: Completed studies in IT security, computer science or a comparable qualification.
Your experience: You are familiar with SOAR platforms, ideally Palo Alto XSOAR (formerly Demisto) and have knowledge in the development of playbooks and automation processes.
Your technical know-how: You have a comprehensive understanding of security solutions such as SIEM, firewalls, EDR as well as network protocols and architectures and are confident in using programming languages such as Python for script development.
Your way of working: Analytical thinking, a solution-orientated approach and the ability to communicate complex relationships in an understandable way.
Your personality: You are a team player with strong communication skills - you are confident in German and English.
