Your tasks include

  • Building and expanding a development team together with your tech lead and product owner 
  • Responsibility for the planning and implementation of new features as well as active participation in the respective tickets
    Design, management and optimisation of processes in a team
  • Promotion of the agile mindset and
  • Ensuring fortnightly releases with the team
  • Responsibility for training, promoting and developing your team members and organising team events

What you bring with you

  • Degree in computer science or related fields
  • Professional experience (4+ years) and initial experience in the (technical)
  • Management of small (project) teams
  • Experience in the management of development projects taking into account non-functional requirements and in the
  • Training of junior colleagues
  • Mastery of an object-orientated programming language - preferably .NET C# (switch from Java possible) and experience with a web framework incl. HTML5 and CSS
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our product
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and English
