What you can expect from us

Regulatory reporting

You will prepare detailed reports for our clients that comply with regulatory requirements and ensure that these reports are submitted accurately and on time. You will take responsibility for regulatory compliance and ensure that our clients are always compliant.

Process optimisation

You will identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes to increase the efficiency and accuracy of reporting. You will develop and implement innovative approaches to optimise data processing and analysis.

Cooperation and further development

You will work closely with various teams, communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be critical to ensure the quality of reporting. Through training and development, you will expand your knowledge and skills in reporting, data analysis and regulatory reporting.

What you bring with you

  • You have a degree in a relevant subject area such as economics, (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, physics, banking & finance or a related field. Alternatively, you have a degree in banking or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial practical experience in data analysis, finance or regulatory reporting is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A basic understanding of regulatory requirements and regulations in the financial sector is desirable. Initial insights into relevant laws and guidelines, for example through study projects or internships, are an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an understanding of data analysis methods and techniques are important.
  • Basic knowledge in the use of analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel is desirable. Initial experience with reporting software (ABACUS/BAIS) is an advantage, but not essential. A willingness to familiarise yourself with new tools and technologies is essential.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is important to ensure that all reports are accurate and complete.
  • You should be able to work effectively and closely with colleagues and other teams. Teamwork and mutual support are critical to success in this role.
  • Good time management skills are important in order to manage several tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Your very good knowledge of German rounds off your profile.
