The IT department of the City of Munich is responsible for and organises the entire IT of the City of Munich. We ensure that IT provision meets the city's current and future needs. We drive the digitalisation of the city of Munich and play a pioneering role. Our work and services make the city of Munich a digital metropolis that sets standards that its employees are proud of.
As part of the IT department, around 1,400 employees in it@M ensure a modern IT and telecommunications infrastructure, implement professional IT solutions and secure the City of Munich's IT operations.
