Your tasks include

  • Technical and disciplinary management of IT specialists for the design and maintenance of the SEW standard client 'DriveClient'
  • Responsibility for the selection, definition and integration of SEW client hardware worldwide
  • Further development of the global software distribution infrastructure and software packaging
  • Development and implementation of strategies for the lifecycle process of client hardware and software components
  • Ensuring the security and compliance of client devices in coordination with IT security
  • Identification of improvement opportunities and implementation of best practices in client management, including planning and coordination of global software rollouts
  • Ensuring 3rd level support

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable
  • Several years of experience in client management
  • Sound knowledge of client operating systems and client software
  • Experience in leading teams and agile methods desirable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
