For our location in Munich, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Disposition & Support Control Centre in the Service & Operations department as of 01.10.2025.

Your tasks include

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the scheduling & support control centre team
  • Partner management: onboarding new service providers and creating and maintaining service specifications, managing SAP orders, budget approvals, warehousing and material bookings, planning and organising training courses and familiarising partners.
    Quality management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement
  • Contingent planning of commissioning resources in consultation with internal interfaces
  • Escalation and complaint management for customers, partners and internal interfaces
  • Ensuring high availability of the hotlines for partners, technicians and internal interfaces
  • System-supported assignment of commissioning and faults to the internal field service and partner companies
  • Management, development and assessment of employees
    Participation in company-wide projects
  • Creation of team key figures and reporting
  • Support for employees in day-to-day business

What you bring with you

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the field of communications engineering / electrical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the telecommunications environment
  • Experience in leading teams and managing technicians
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Analytical and structured way of working, combined with a high level of
  • A high degree of independence, reliability and flexibility
  • High degree of responsibility, communication and persuasion skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills
