Are you looking to get started and build on your previous experience? This role offers you a great opportunity to get involved and develop in all phases of the product development process.

You will
  • Provide hands-on support with everything necessary for the successful operation of BorrowBox and learn a lot about the product and the users in the process
  • Act as an interface between our customer service and software development teams to analyze potential product issues and coordinate solutions
  • Perform QA testing to ensure our high quality standards, system stability and usability
  • Process and evaluate system data to gain insights into user behavior and system usage and to support operational processes
  • Carry out market analyses to adapt our products to the needs of our customers and develop specifications
  • Work on technical specifications together with our CEO, Head of Solution Management and UI/UX Product Manager
  • Regularly participate in project meetings and iterative design and test meetings
  • Prepare systems and training materials for the introduction of new functions
You bring
  • A degree in computer science, data science or a related field of study or have acquired a comparable qualification
  • First practical experience in software development, QA testing, data analytics or technical product support
  • A solid basic understanding and interest in web and mobile app technologies and systems, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android and iOS, as well as common data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics and Excel
  • A high level of technical understanding and analytical thinking and good knowledge of software development processes
  • Excellent communication skills to interact purposefully with our teams - also in an international environment
  • Fluency in English and a good command of German; willingness to travel is also desirable
