Your tasks include

  • Creation, maintenance and expansion of our software documentation (e.g. manuals)
  • Creation of high-quality project-specific documents (e.g. solution descriptions or configuration concepts)
  • Conception of consistent interfaces and terminologies or definition of requirements for the use of the software as part of the software development process
  • Independent development, structuring and comprehensible processing of complex topics
  • Further development of our internal regulations and assistance with documentation

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed studies, further training as a technical editor or a comparable qualification
  • Good IT skills and relevant experience in documenting complex software and working with development and QA teams
  • Strong communication skills and cooperative team player across multiple locations
  • Result orientation and organisational strength
  • Excellent written and spoken German and very good written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Visio and simple image processing
  • Knowledge of working with DITA XML architecture and DITA Open Toolkit desirable
