During your 18-month trainee programme, you will pass through 4 to 5 stations in our subgroups, where you can help determine the content and location of your choice

Your tasks include

  • You take on responsibility in IT and digitalisation projects, in day-to-day IT operations and have the opportunity to implement your own ideas
  • You enjoy optimising and further developing IT processes, also with regard to the digitalisation of business processes (better business)
  • You will familiarise yourself with many aspects of IT management, e.g. IT project management, IT strategy development, dealing with AI-based applications and IT security in an international family business

What you bring with you

  • An above-average degree in the field of business informatics, business sciences or similar subject areas with a focus on IT
  • Flexibility and mobility with regard to the stations and location of the target position
  • First practical experience in IT
  • Enthusiasm for people, processes, data, technology and a desire for personal development with us
  • A confident demeanour, high level of commitment and communicative strength as well as enthusiasm and assertiveness
  • Fluent English skills round off your profile
