In our practice-oriented trainee programme, you will learn everything that is important to us in a very short time and can immediately apply your valuable knowledge in a professional context. Performance tests, tests and tuning are of course also part of your intensive learning programme
After the trainee programme, you will accompany our customers on a project basis. As a member of a team, you will help customers keep pace with digital change through modern quality engineering solutions. The aim is to optimise and carry out our customers' software quality tests through to transforming and improving their quality engineering
You use the latest tools and techniques and actively contribute to the success of the project. For example, you provide support in test automation through to DevOps, as an agile tester, AI or cloud tester, test data analyst, SAP tester or performance engineer
You can specialise depending on your interests and skills. For each area, we have a practice group where you can exchange ideas with other experts and attend training sessions where you can develop your skills further
Curiosity, IT affinity
Training or studies, e.g. in (business) informatics or IT engineering
Very good German and good English
Initial knowledge of software development processes, ideally in the field of test automation
Communicative team player with good analytical skills, enjoy dealing with customers and enthusiasm for project work
