The Project Management/Cross Section group in the IT division offers a wide range of opportunities. Our area of responsibility is the support and further development of project management and the associated project management tool in the bank. Thanks to the wide range of tasks, we can offer you a holistic insight into the project organisation of DZ BANK and collaboration in an agile product team.
Your focus will be on working in the agile product team to further develop the project management tool.
What awaits you
- Active participation in the agile product team
- Recording of requirements and derivation of use cases
- Support in refining the backlog
- Independent assumption of business analysis activities in the process environment of project and portfolio management including the project management tool
- Conception and realisation of functional tests
- Active involvement in the day-to-day business of the product team
- Collaboration in the further development of internal team tools and processes
- Collaboration in the optimisation of reporting processes
- Optimisation of the user experience of the project management tool
What you bring with you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or (business) informatics with good academic performance
- Strong interest in analytical and process-orientated work
- Very confident with MS Office products
- Enthusiasm for project management and agile teamwork
- Ideally initial experience with a project management tool (e.g. Clarity or MS Project) and Jira
- Initial experience in project work is not a must, but a welcome addition to your profile
- Strong team spirit and a high level of commitment as well as quick comprehension skills

- An attractive monthly salary, the amount of which depends on your part-time factor and results from an hourly wage of just under EUR 20 including pro rata 13th and 14th month's salary plus holiday pay
- Working hours of up to 20 hours per working week with the option to build up a certain amount of overtime, which you can use to relieve yourself at a later date during exam/housework phases
- Flexitime and, to a limited extent, mobile working, which offers you flexibility in the organisation of your work in consultation with your team, statutory holiday entitlement, good catering in our cafeteria and canteen, a job ticket if required so that you always arrive safely, good accessibility thanks to our close proximity to the main railway station and a wide range of different company sports groups
