ResetIn einer sich schnell wandelnden Technologielandschaft ist Agilität der Schlüssel zur Umsetzung von Innovationen. Dieser Vortrag illustriert den agilen Entwicklungsprozess am Beispiel der Konzeption und Realisierung einer Abholstation. Dabei werden die unterschiedlichen Produktlebenszyklen von der ersten Problemstellung bis zur fertigen Abholstation dargestellt.
