This also includes playing on our 350-inch video wall in the visitor centre, on which current flight data is visualised in real time. Get involved with us with your ideas and expertise.

Für den Frankfurt Flughafen wird der Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz nahezu alternativlos sein, um den Herausforderungen des demographischen Wandels, der zunehmenden Sicherheitsbedrohung und den gleichzeitig steigenden Kundenerwartungen gerecht zu werden. Mit den ersten Anwendungen im Bereich Generative AI am Flughafen, zeigt sich das Potenzial dieser Technologie in seiner vollen Bandbreite und legt vielleicht den Grundstein für eine weitreichende Transformation des Unternehmens.
Ohne die IT hebt am Mega Hub Frankfurt Main kein Flugzeug mehr ab. Für die IT-Infrastruktur der Fraport AG bedeutet dies höchste Verfügbarkeits- und Sicherheitsanforderungen. Die Keynote von Fritz Oswald, Senior Vice President IT Infrastructure and Services, zeigt wie groß das Campus-Netzwerk am Flughafen ist und welche außergewöhnlichen IT-Lösungen zum Einsatz kommen, um den Flughafen in die Zukunft zu führen. Zahlreiche Herausforderungen werden dabei gemeistert, sei es der Aufbau eines privaten 5G Netzwerks, der konsequente Weg in die Cloud oder die anstehende Inbetriebnahme des Terminal 3.
