Our aim is to develop projects that go beyond traditional donations and create a positive impact for everyone involved. That's why we launched Groundbreaker Talents in 2023 to give young women in Africa access to training opportunities in the IT sector and to offer tech companies a meaningful CSR project. As part of this programme in Uganda, young women from difficult financial backgrounds are given the opportunity to receive intensive, one-year training as software engineers. The scholarships are financed by various companies, investment funds and private individuals. Through our mentorship programme, employees of the companies can be directly involved and accompany the talents on their way. Our goal is double impact: a sustainable way out of poverty and more diversity in the tech industry.
