MySympto is a start-up from TU Darmstadt that is developing decision support for doctors in the emergency department in order to reduce the high number of misdiagnoses. The AI-based software predicts the most likely diagnoses and appropriate treatment steps, thereby helping doctors to select the most medically and economically sensible examinations.
The software consists of machine learning algorithms that process largely unused patient data and a RAG architecture with a language model based on medical guidelines.
