Your range of tasks is varied: help shape our IT workplace of the future! You will be responsible for the design, implementation, further development and trouble-free operation of standard software and products in the Exchange/mailing environment.
You coordinate and control the activities within the framework of the entire service lifecycle process with regard to Exchange/mailing and are responsible in service design for defined subject areas in application or infrastructure operation.
Among other things, you will be responsible for Microsoft Exchange, monitor compliance with IT requirements and contribute to the further development of processes.
You will have overall responsibility for performance and data quality when taking over services into operation and during ongoing operations.
You recognise potential faults at an early stage and rectify them as quickly as possible in contact with customers and other IT teams.
You are well equipped for this task with a university degree (diploma or master's degree) in computer science or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in analysing errors in IT solutions and architectures in the area of Exchange/Mailing and the underlying technologies (SMTP gateway [preferably Cisco product experience], encryption gateway, archiving).
For this you need expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange version 2019 in Experience with Exchange Hybrid and/or Exchange Online is desirable.
You also have Powershell expert knowledge.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an agile mindset are essential for this job.
We require very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
