You will undertake an individual 18-month programme with personal mentoring and individual support in the financial capital, Frankfurt.
You choose your four to five deployment phases in our various IT departments yourself, supplemented by targeted training.
As part of our agile cluster organisation, you will gain insights into different technologies and be able to actively drive exciting topics forward.
You contribute your ideas to solving complex challenges in agile software development (Scrum/Kanban), and motivate your team to dare to try new things and develop innovative solutions together.
You will be taught new IT skills and knowledge of our products, processes, and methods in workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions.
Our Welcome Weeks, diverse junior events, and our buddy and mentor programmes enable you to build your own valuable network.
- You have the opportunity to take on an assignment at one of our international locations, such as Kuala Lumpur, Lodz, New York, Prague, Shanghai, Singapore or Sofia.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Physics, Cybersecurity, or a comparable degree with an IT background (your degree should not be older than 18 months)
-Good German (minimum B2) and English skills (minimum B2)
- Experience in software development and the software lifecycle
- Basic understanding of IT systems and their interdependencies
-Good knowledge of at least two programming or scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, React, Kotlin, C#, Python, SQL
Programming experience from internships and/or working student roles, for example, is desired.
You are familiar with terms such as Jira, Git, CI/CD, API, Cloud, SaaS, AI & LLM.
