Women in CS at TUM

We are a student association within the CIT department at TUM, dedicated to building a supportive and inclusive community for women in Computer Science and related fields. Our goal is to create a space where students can connect, exchange knowledge, develop their skills, and grow together.

Throughout the semester, we organize social and community activities, as well as tech and career events such as workshops, talks, and speaker events. We also collaborate with industry partners to provide students with opportunities to gain insights into the tech industry, expand their networks, and explore potential career paths.

At the heart of our association is our commitment to promoting equal rights and opportunities across genders in Computer Science, with a focus on empowering and supporting women in the field. We believe that a diverse and inclusive tech community benefits everyone, and we strive to contribute to a more equitable future in Computer Science.
