What you can expect from us

We are an international team of digitalisation experts, working in an inspiring working environment with short communication channels and scope for co-design, flat hierarchies and genuine team spirit (joint barbecue, summer party, Christmas party, fitness studio, team evenings, "Delicious Friday").

Our EMMA AI has won several awards and allows processes to be automated independently, even without IT knowledge.

Your tasks include

Automation of any business process with our cognitive AI EMMA
Passing on knowledge about EMMA internally to colleagues and externally to customers
Conducting training, support and implementation of digitalisation projects
Independent familiarisation with and understanding of processes in a wide range of industries (e.g. tax firms, banks, insurance companies, aerospace, web shops, telecommunications, public administration, media, construction companies, supermarkets, IT companies)
Collaboration on publications, specialist articles and presentations on digitalisation and the further development of EMMA - even without an IT background

What you bring with you

Acumen, motivation, versatility, strong communication skills, self-confidence and flexibility
You can inspire others, pick them up emotionally and professionally and take them with you
You understand processes easily - whether in a merchandise management system or in event planning
Interest in shaping real progress with a team and leading the digital transformation
Completed studies in one of the following fields: Business administration, economics, linguistics, computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, psychology - or comparable qualification
The following are particularly important to us: sharp-witted, open-minded, helpful - you will learn everything else with us
