In the team, you will support our clients with the implementation, configuration, and operation of solutions for IT operations, central event and alert management, as well as automation. Following intensive training in IBM's Netcool suite, you will gradually take on your own customer responsibility and act as a reliable point of contact in close consultation with your clients for questions, optimisations, and new challenges. In particular, you will actively prepare them for the migration to the modern, AI-based successor product, IBM CloudPak for AIOps.
Working with your team, you will also integrate existing monitoring solutions into central IT Operations platforms, develop and optimise interfaces, and adapt them to individual customer requirements. Subsequently, you will ensure stable and high-performance operation.
You will work on demanding projects and further develop existing solutions. In addition, you will support our sales team in acquiring new customers for the AIOps solution.
In parallel, you will continuously develop your expertise, deepen your knowledge in IT infrastructure and monitoring management, and further expand your skills through targeted certifications – especially for IBM technologies.
You have several years of experience as a technical consultant or in IT administration and bring experience in monitoring and operating IT environments – on-premises, in the cloud, or hybrid. Ideally, you have experience with common tools for monitoring and IT automation. In any case, you enjoy tackling technical challenges and developing suitable solutions. You are familiar with Linux, Windows, scripting languages, and terms like REST or IP; container technologies and Kubernetes are also not unknown to you. Strong communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English complete your profile.
